After Genesys Cloud release, the 30th June 2025, we experience several issues since the when editing in Groups, below examples.
Our org. is placed in EMEA (London)
1. If we add/remove a member to a Group, it will delete the E164 prefix in front of the "Group Phone Number" (DID), which will cause calls to the DID not to be routed to the Group. In our example for a Group in Denmark +45 is deleted in front of the "Group Phone Number".
2. Owners on the Groups are no longer shown, blank page.
3. In the section "Call Route Type", the settings "Rotate calls" and "Stop ringing", can no longer be changed and is set to some kind of default setting 12 Seconds and 10 Rotations.
4. Members is not show, unless you click on the "Owners" tab and then back to the "Members" tab.
5. On some Groups, a Backup Groups is set on Groups that doesn't have a Backup Group.
This is not a local browser issue. We see the same issues when doing administrations in the Genesys Cloud Desktop Client.
Anyone in the community that experience the same issues?
