    Hi All. I have created a call flow that allows the caller to leave a voicemail. the destination is a group voicemail box. This works fine. I can call into the flow, navigate through the menu and leave a voicemail for the group. 

    I want these notifications to be also sent to group members via email. It's my understanding that the email will go to all members. as I am just testing this, I am the only member (owner) for the group. 

    I did set the "email notifications" toggle to "On" for the group. However it does not send the email. 

    The role for the group has "Voicemail > Voicemail > All" and Conversation > Email > Create permissions.

    Does the group/distribution list that you have created allows emails from an external domain? If not you need to allow that from your side.
