Hi,

I have a fairly simple question. "What languages does the new Agentic Virtual Agent Support?" You try searching for it though! I can easily see that the platform overall has some support for, say, Chinese, but none of the information pages that discuss the Agentic Virtual Agent give you a list of languages! The best I've been able to find just say something like "other languages". It doesn't help that searching for something like my original question throws up articles mentioning the Natural Language Understanding engine. Even Google's AI gets confused. If you ask Google, it confidently says "Yes" but none of the referenced documents actually say that. (It might be implied, but that isn't what I need!!!)

I's crazy. I would've thought that something like what languages Agentic Virtual Agent supports would be front and center, or at least easy to find, but nooooo.... :-(

This isn't the first time that I spent an afternoon trying to get an answer to a relatively simple question. I'm sure the information is there somewhere, but it's almost impossible to find on their website.

Or am I just not sacrificing the right breed of chicken when I perform my search? (Anyone who ahs been in one of my classes will probably get that reference!)

I do apologize for the confusion. The best place to find the languages that our platform supports would our Supported Languages page in the Resource Center. I believe it's a bit more efficient for all of the supported languages to be listed in a single source.
