Has anyone used the LinkedIn Import feature yet or are you all just populating your PureCloud profile information manually?

    I haven't used the LinkedIn Import feature yet but it does look very easy to use. This video shows us the ropes in just one minute.

    As mentioned by Jordan and Gina, LinkedIn changed the data they allow to be exported after that video was created (I never could get Marketing to make a new video).

     

    The LinkedIn import is great for getting some basic information into you profile very quickly. The down side is that the import is one-way, and changes made in LinkedIn are not automatically updated in PureCloud (you have to import again to get the latest info from LinkedIn). So, I recommend using it once when setting up one's profile.
