    The July 20th webinar covered the fusion of two powerful Cloud CX disciplines: Quality Management (QM) and Speech and Text Analytics (STA).

    • Quality Management lies at the core of successful organizations. It allows managers to record and evaluate agents and interactions to improve the contact center experience.
    • Speech and Text Analytics (STA) enable us to gain insights into customer-agent conversations through sentiment analysis, and topic trends.

    Hello Ashiesh, we currently do not have a plan for an Architect certification webinar

    My recommendation is to take a look at the Architect Exam study guide where you will find questions to prepare for the exam:

    After opening the study guide you will find the practice questions under "practice test".
