  • 1.  Having a call to a direct line roll to someone else

    We have 2 agents that only take calls from their direct lines, they are not in a queue. we wanted to know if there was a way that instead of going to a VM if one of those agents done answer their phones is there a way to set up that call to automatically go to the other agent in settings?

    You would have to customize the Voicemail Flow to look for those users and transfer to the queue.  This is not something you really want to tackle without some good knowledge of Architect.  @Steve Thibodeaux, can you arrange a meeting with us to discuss and possibly have a TAC work on this?
