    Hi,

    I've had a problem for two weeks now that the work team filter in historical shrinkage is not working.
    It doesn't matter which work team I choose it always loads the previously chosen Business unit as a whole.

    It was a good feature to see the differences in work team shrinkages to see for example if our new hires have higher shrinkage or there are disrepancies among teams.

    We also encountered this issue and have an open ticket with Genesys (through our vendor). They've been quiet so far, but hopefully we see a resolution soon. Work teams are an integral part of our WFM operations.

    Thank you for the information.

    At the start Year 2024, Genesys deployed many features in Workforce Management Genesys Cloud... maybe, some screw was loose.

    I hope Genesys quickly corrects this filter, which is very good...

    Hi Sami, 

    Would you mind reaching out to your Care team and asking them to create a servops for this issue?  It sounds like a bug but we just want to make sure it is captured/documented correctly.
