Was wondering if past Holiday events can be deleted and would it effect any data?  I keep my holiday schedule not to rotate and to enter them every year so I know that I have every division entered correctly.

Hi Joy if you're meaning individual holiday schedules within schedule groups and you've "hardcoded" the dates for those so you have say a Christmas day schedule for each individual year, then yes you can safely delete previous year holidays.  That won't impact on any historical data.

Just wanted to add to Vaun's response

Consider creating a pattern so you don't have to change them every year. 

There might be a couple that you might have to still do every year if you have holidays that do not follow simple rules like last Wednesday of October or on the 25th of December every year, I'm looking at you Easter.
