  • 1.  Holiday Schedule All Day Setting does not work

    Today is a Holiday in the USA. I had previously setup our Holiday schedules early last month after we went live in PureCloud.

    It appears that All Day setting for Schedules in PureCloud does not work correctly. Calls were still routing to our Open call flows.

    I had to change our "Holiday - Independence Day" Schedule to begin 1 minute before and end 1 minute after the Open Schedule for it to take affect and route calls to the Holiday call flows. I suspect I could have selected any time before and after Open, but 1 minute made sense to me.

    Unfortunately I had to force disconnect a few calls that made it to queues as we have no staff working today to answer them.

    The use of All Day was broken for Holiday schedules last year, but fixed in June, 2018. Perhaps it broke again...please open a case with Customer Care.
