    We're using PureSocial integrated with Genesys Cloud and I'm curious how other organizations manage customer conversation history. Are there any recommended configurations or workflows to improve the agent experience?

    Hi Kleber,

    We use PureSocial as well, and the history is already available natively for the last 15 days when using the PureSocial interface. For histories older than 15 days, we recommend using the Genesys reports.
