  • 1.  How can I cancel or abort an outgoing fax

    I apologize for the basic question.  I'm a new user, and still figuring out how to navigate the PureCloud software.  I have an outgoing fax that has been stuck for over almost two hours without being sent successfully.  Until I find a way to delete or cancel that fax, I cannot send any further faxes out.  I'd appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this.  Also, if you can direct me to a basic user's guide type of site, I'd be grateful.  Thank you!

    If you can find the Conversation ID, you should be able to use the Disconnect Conversation in Admin to cancel it.  The retry limit should cancel it after a while as well.
