I apologize for the basic question. I'm a new user, and still figuring out how to navigate the PureCloud software. I have an outgoing fax that has been stuck for over almost two hours without being sent successfully. Until I find a way to delete or cancel that fax, I cannot send any further faxes out. I'd appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this. Also, if you can direct me to a basic user's guide type of site, I'd be grateful. Thank you!
