    Hi Team,

    I have some new measures added in the tool. I am not able to locate the way to read them from the api. Below is a sample of couple of out of them.

    "Alert - No Answer" and "Total Alert - No Answer".

    Currently I am able to read only tAlert as a measure.

    I'm not sure what you mean by "measures". Can you clarify what API resource you're using and exactly what data you're expecting that you're not seeing? Please use the terminology of the Genesys Cloud API to describe your issue, not whatever you may be exposing it as in your own application.

    Hi Tim,

    I figured our that it is the metric tNotResponding that I need to use. Now the next question is How can I calculate tNotResponding less than 10 seconds.

    You can use a filter for tNotResponding less than 10.
