The PBX needs to send you the ANI so it should be configured there, but you also need to handle
anonymous since you will get that when someone calls from a withheld number.

Subject: How can I get Customer Number (ANI) in the Anonymous Calls
Thank you so much Jan Heinonen for your Help.
I checked PCAP trace file, they sent like below
From: "Anonymous"<sip:anonymous@IPAddress;user=phone>;tag=2107340563-1675692616804-
How can I Manage short code instead of PBX? Any possible way to do in Architect Level.

Sounds like you're using an internal short code in your PBX to dial into the Genesys Platform?
If that's the case then the PBX needs to send the correct ANI to Genesys.
In the Interaction View you can download the PCAP trace and see what is sent to Genesys.

Subject: How can I get Customer Number (ANI) in the Anonymous Calls
Hello Everyone,
Good Morning, Hope All are doing Well.
I have getting Customer Number (ANI) during the Inbound Call Flow using Call.CalledAddress for some purpose.
If we are dialing with *67(test number) then we got the output as "anonymous@SIPaddress".
In this scenario, we are getting error using Call.CalledAddress instead of receiving number.
Any one Assist for how can I get the exact ANI while dial with *67
