  • 1.  How can I map an extension to an architect call flow in CX

In addition to DID's, I need to have a range of 5-digit extensions pointing at an architect flow to process callers coming in from another trunk. How in the heck would I do this in CX?

    Hi William,

I think this may help you with a piece of the puzzle Contact Center Dude: Configure internal extension for IVR in Genesys Cloud

    This works! Thank you Caleb!

Now the question is if I have to point multiple extensions at one flow. Do I have to create hundreds of lines of the same thing or is there a way to set a range of extensions to point at a flow? This proves that we can at least route an extension to a flow which is great and much appreciated!!

    Glad it worked!

For this method, I think the limiter here is that the call route name is a static value, so the system will read 6XXX literally and the match expression will ignore it, because technically it doesn't match. Given that you also can't assign a range of DID's (it has to be done individually), I'm not hopeful.

I'd suggest opening a ticket with care for a final answer.
