Having a bit of difficulty on reporting on bot success.
For context, we have a handful of intents that all have sub intents essentially "Yes" or "No". So in the main intent, we provide a response and then a follow up (Using a custom payload with the rich responses, making two buttons "yes" or "no") that then go into the sub intent of either "Great, ask us something else" or "No - Would you like to speak with someone?"
If a customer says yes and stays within dialogflow, how can we capture that at this intent, the customer said yes? Especially if thats the end of the conversation and the customer closes the window.
It is so cumbersome to make everything an end intent and go back to Genesys, stamp the data, and loop it back into dialogflow. Surely there must be a way to send information across?
