    Hi All, 

    We are looking for a solution to block outbound calls to specific countries while allowing calls to selected numbers within those countries. Does anyone know how to configure this in Genesys Cloud BYOC?

    Additionally, is there a way to route manually dialled numbers through an outbound call flow to enable a data table lookup?

    Hello Semi,

    You can block outbound calls to certain countries by creating Restricted classifications in a Site. @Niel Vicente did a great write up on how to accomplish something similar. Check out their response in this thread.
