  • 1.  How can we call the work flows from WFM UI in Genesys cloud?

    Hi All,

    We are are trying to integrate workday with our Genesys cloud WFM, we have created the data actions of workday and we trying to call them in the workflows.

    Now the question is how can call the workflows from WFM UI in Genesys cloud.

    Kindly let me know your thoughts on this!

    This may be a better questions for the WEM Community but the WFM-HRIS Blueprint on the developer site may help.

    Hi Samuel,

    Sure, I'll post this on WEM too.

    I went through the blue print, it talks more on the data action and workflow, But I couldn't find anything on calling that workflows.

    That is covered in the HRIS integration section of the Blueprint: https://developer.genesys.cloud/blueprints/wfm-hris-blueprint/#create-the-wfm-time-off-hris-integration.  This is where you reference the workflows that you previously imported, which are executing the data actions that call out to workday.
