  • 1.  how do i assign the inbound number the caller dialed to reach the IVR to a variable

    something like call.ani but that returns the phone number the inbound caller dialed to reach the flow

    or

    i can't find a list of the build in objects I can reference in architect, the functions browser, for example, doesn't have the call object or the call.ani function listed ... so where are these built in objects documented?  i should be able to find the one i want in the list

    There is an article about built-in variables in the Architect help:

    https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/architect-default-variables/

    If you go into the Expression Editor (from any field that takes input in an action), you can type "call." and it pops up a list of variables that start with that leading substring:

    Call variables
    Same for Flow. and others.
