  • 1.  How do you make a location available for linking to a site?

    I've read the docs over and over and I can't seem to see the check box to make it work As described it seems like it should be in the Location screen but I do not see any option. I have master admin permissions. Is there some kind of trick? I don't have my virtual edge provisioned yet.

    It needs a valid address configured on the Location...do you have that set?

    Also, Master Admin is a set of permissions for Communicate...you might need the "admin" role as well to be sure you can see everything.

    Hey George,

    Thanks. I also had submitted this question to my VAR and I think Genesys had to turn on something on the back end for me to see that check box.

     

    I did try adding all available permissions and I did have a verified address.

    That makes sense...there's a flag to turn on some functionality that gets missed once in a while.
