    Hi all,

    Wondering if it is possible to disable the 'Copy Transcript' (refer yellow highlight in pic) button from within an Interaction?

    Not that I know of.  It is nothing more than a simple way to copy instead of the Ctrl-A, Ctrl-C that they can do in the transcript window.  The only way to stop that would be to take away the Transcript->View permission so they don't see it at all.
