    Dears 

    Thank you for your time, I'm looking to activate MFA functionality in genesys cloud , as I checked all the resources in genesys cloud with no use,

    Did anyone activate it before and if it was please share you experience with us.

    MFA would normally be done by your SSO provider, eg if you're using Azure AD for SSO then you set the enterprise application you setup in Azure to use MFA and your conditional access policy.

    As Vaun eluded to, Genesys Cloud does not support MFA natively, but if you use SSO or SAML, that source authentication server can require MFA and accomplish the same thing.  For example, if your Microsoft Azure AD requires MFA, then when you use MS SSO/SAML to log into Genesys Cloud, it too will require you to use MFA unless you are already authenticated and then it will pass through that authentication to Genesys without MFA.
