  • 1.  How to activate and deactivate Genesys Add Ons

    We used to go to Admin > Genesys Add Ons to activate and deactivate our add ons but now it just shows this

    I have clicked App Foundry but nothing there lets me see my current Add Ons

    Where do I go to see my current Add Ons and activate or deactivate them?

    All add-ons are now installed through Integrations and/or AppFoundry.

    So now I am more confused.

    I was under the impression I needed this add on to use Force Turn but I do not see it under integrations on either of the orgs we have.

    One of the orgs we have has this TURN option on WebRTC phones

    and the other org does not 

    I am not sure what is going on.

    You need to add this first:  Genesys AppFoundry - Genesys Cloud Static WebRTC TURN (mypurecloud.com)

    Then it will show up in the site settings.
