Hi Angelo
To categorize an inbound conversation I would like to attach this categorization information like customer type to the conversation. This information we would like to show in Interactions report and this Interaction report we are customizing by getting Conversations data using API detail query.

Hi @Sukhjinder Brar - can you elaborate on the "why" and what use-case you're trying to solve?

Hello Jason
Thanks for reply. I am looking something like "add conversation data" instead of "add participant data" in architect or anywhere else in conversation lifecycle.

Hello Sukhjinder,
You may want to check out this Resource Center article. It goes over a few different custom attributes.
