    Hi All,

    I am trying to build wallboard to display rudimentary metrics including call offered, handled, abandoned, etc. per queue. I was not able to find any articles on this topic. The OOB dashboard doesn't do what I need.

    Any tips will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    If the built-in Genesys Wallboard solution (which uses the Dashboard feature to display on a big screen) doesn't work for you, it would probably be easiest to take advantage of one of the AppFoundry offerings.

    Search for wallboard and a bunch of options come up.
