Hi ,
May i know how can we change the display "Guest" name to caller name in window interaction panel during/after answered the web messaging.

If you have an external contact associated with the web messaging interaction, the external contact's name will appear. For example, if you identified this person to be "Will Smith" and associated the interaction to the external contact then the Will Smith name would appear. That's the only way to change the name that appears at this time.
