    Google Agent Assist CCAI integration enabled and trying to change the Voice transcript engine from default to Google engine in Queue level.

    If you're referring to changing the STT engine the in-queue flows.  After you have installed the Google STT engine in AppFoundry and have enabled it.  Go to your in-queue flow, edit the flow, then when you add a new object you should see a "Bot" option in the object menu as shown in the below image.
