  • 1.  How to clear data out of campaign after call success?

    Hi all

    I have campaign callback. When I run a campaign Then there was a call back to the customer until it was finished.

    I would like to know how to clear data from a campaign after a successful call. By a call that hasn't been called yet Data is not cleared as well. I don't know how to do it?

    If you complete contact (Outbound > Wrap-up Code Mappings = Right Party Contact) do you end the new events.

    What the customer wants is Make that information disappear from list management so that the numbers shown in list management are actually calls that have not yet been serviced.

    I imagine that you can use workflow to automate processes.
