Hello Hanumantha,
I think you would have to remove the attachment before it gets to Genesys cloud. I am not aware of anyway to remove the attachments within Genesys Cloud other than deleting the recording of the email interaction, but that would remove the email and attachment from the interaction and initially would still route to the agent with the attachment.
Maybe someone else in the community can provide further insight into how they have worked around this issue.
