Given you mention English, French, Spanish here, could you maybe just do it using Languages? Another way is to pass in a participant data item from the inbound flow then get that in the in-queue flow to determine your logic.

Subject: How to determine which flow the caller came from in Architect?
Hello,
I'm hoping to find a solution how to find which flow the caller came from. The reason is I have a switch case I need to configure in in-queue flow and I have to play specific prompts. For example:
- Inbound queue English Reception
- Inbound queue French Reception
- Inbound queue Spanish Reception
- In-queue Reception
The in-queue reception flow for the all 3 inbound flows are the same, for the exception of a couple of prompts. I'd like to build a switch case based on which flow the caller came from so it will play the appropriate prompt. All 3 have the same queue as well so I couldn't do it by queue. Is this a possibility?
Thank you!
