hello, I want to extract valid data from conversation detail. like Interactions portal, I already used the PureCloud API’s notification service to set up notifications of all queues conversations [topics:v2.routing.queues.{id}.conversations].but don't have sessions detail.

If you're trying to extract historical data, you should be using the analytics APIs: https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/rest/v2/analytics/conversation.html
