    Hello All,

    I need to get hold of the "Audit Trail" information through API. Currently this is available for every conversation through UI.

    Is there an API that can do it.

    I tried to look at the Audit API's "/api/v2/audits/query/realtime" and "/api/v2/audits/query" but seems either I don't know what serviceName/entytyType to use correctly or there is some other way to do this.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hi 

    POST /api/v2/audits/query/realtime you can use for export data 14 days ago.

    https://developer.dev-genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer#post-api-v2-audits-query-realtime

    serviceName = Name of the service to query audits for.
    You can use data of endpoint /api/v2/audits/query/realtime/servicemapping to help you with this information map.
