    Using API is there any way to get Call Transcript once call ends between the agent and customer and not when after-call work ends?

    Hi Gita,

    I don't believe that is possible with standard transcription as it doesn't transcribe until the interaction ends.

    Genesys Agent Copilot does a form of Real-time transcription or there is Real-Time Transcription Service in the App Foundry
