Genesys Cloud - Main

Hi,

We have set up a Script with Input component, it will lets agents to write the comments on the Script, however the Input component of the Script is very small, it displays maximum two lines, we already enable Multilines option on the Script

Before, it was working fine, it displays many lines at the same time

Any idea if this was changed ?

Thanks for bringing this up. I looked into this and did see that the input is indeed staying a maximum of two lines. This was not changed on purpose and I was able to find where it happened. I am working on the solution to this and after it is tested in the lower environments I will look to get it to production.

Yes I found what was causing the input to not display many lines. The solution is going through our review and testing process now.

Yes the solution is in but just in the lower environments and tested well. I am looking to get a ticket up for the UI change today/tomorrow and then try to get the deployment end of this week start of next.
