We are trying to implement calling rules for our outbound agentless campaigns.
We are attempting to implement calling rules where we retry phone number 1 from our contact list and if response is busy, then try phone number 2 after two attempts at phone number 1. We do not see this under "attempt controls" under List Management. Would anyone know how we can implement this feature?
