    Hi Guys,

    I'm exploring Genesys cloud outbound campaign setup.

    Mine use case is, we have to create an agentless outbound campaign in which we have 10 different contacts in the contact list (csv) and when we switch on the campaign, unique (different) welcome prompt should be played for each contact number which is present in contact list.

    Request you to please let me know whether it's doable in genesys or not, if doable let me know how we can do it?

    Add it as a column in your contact list.  The outbound flow has access to the properties of the list.  If your message is just a string, play it using TTS.  If it's the name of a user prompt, then use the find user prompt action or expression to look it up

    In this example, I can play Call.Contact.TTS for a string message or look up a prompt using Call.Contact.Prompt_name.
