Hi, I am new here and i would like to pull the UserStatusDetails and AgentActivityLog details of all the agents of the organisation for one date using C# via API. Thanks in advance.

I may need more details before I can point you to the right API endpoint. What exactly do you mean by UserStatusDetails and AgentActivityLog?

Hi Ebenezer_Osei, Sorry for the late response. We need the details for the Agent Login hours,Talktime,waittime kind of metrics for the payroll purpose.
