    Hi all,

    Our customer uses "Calibri" as font type in their Email correspondences.

    Now they have integrate ACD Email Routing in PureCloud, but the PureCloud Emails have the font "Times" as default.
    How can we change this to to Calibri ?

    Is the only method to change the font in Chrome option settings?
    or
    Is it also possible to change directly on the Email correspondence page?

    There's currently not a way to select a specific font - but you can submit this enhancement on our ideas site for review.
