  • 1.  How to Translate Alcatel 4 digit incoming E. 164?

    Hello Community,

I have been told by our Alcatel team that incoming calls on the Acatel are routed to a 4 digit number '2000' and PureCloud should be able to receive it. Whereas pertinent DID in PureCloud is configured in E. 164 format e.g. +971 4 256 5038.

I have tried adding a new number plan with different options of using the Number List, digits but call doesn't seem to land.

Any help translating this 4 digit number to E. 164?

    Hello,

I have the same issue with a GW Cisco sending calls on 4 digits. As a workaround I implemented a translation on the Cisco GW to translate my 4 digits in E.164, I suppose it could also be done on your Alcatel.
If someone has a definitive solution to implement this in PureCloud let us know !

    Regards
