Sometimes the badges take a little longe to appear in the Education Portal, but just to make sure, could you check the page below to confirm all the steps were followed to claim the badge?

 https://beyond.genesys.com/explore/certification/claiming-your-digital-badge

If all the steps were followed already, please let us know and we can check internally if there's anything else wrong.

I have merged my Gmail account on Credly, and after that, I am now able to see my certification badge. Thank you for your suggestion and support!
