I recently earned my Genesys certifications and want to display the badges on my Genesys Beyond profile. I've claimed the badges via Credly, but I'm not sure how to properly add or link them to my Beyond account.

Could someone please guide me step-by-step on how to upload or showcase certification badges in Beyond?

Sometimes the badges take a little longe to appear in the Education Portal, but just to make sure, could you check the page below to confirm all the steps were followed to claim the badge?

 https://beyond.genesys.com/explore/certification/claiming-your-digital-badge

If all the steps were followed already, please let us know and we can check internally if there's anything else wrong.
