Hi Matthew,
Sorry, I totally misread your original question. Yes, it is my understanding that agents will be able to see their schedules in Salesforce as well as the Time-off request screen where they will also be able to see their balances as long as the HRIS integration has been setup.
The Beta for the Salesforce integration in open now. If you are interested in participating you can reach out to @Eduard Roehrich

Thank you Belinda!
Just to confirm, the Salesforce connector will show that icon as well if associates don't use Genesys itself to manage their calls, and view their schedules?

Hi Mathew,
This will work with any system that has REST APIs. Agents will be able to see their balances on the Time-off request screen. There is an icon
that they can click on that will show them all of their available balances. You can refer back to the post on 5/31 that includes screenshots, there you will see where to find the agent balances.
The auto-approval option in Genesys Cloud that is set to "according to time-off limit" only looks at the number of hours available compared to the number of hours requested. This is not at the interval level, it's just total hours. With the release of Staffing Groups (https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/WEM-I-697) later this year, users will have the flexibility to setup time-off limits at the Staffing Group level which can address the need to control how many agents cant be approved during specific times.

Does this also work with the Salesforce connector? Are associates able to see their time off balances via that as well?
Will this be able to work to the interval level as well? Not have 10 associates request 10AM - 1030AM off at the same time and it auto approve because it meets the time off plan available hours?

We will be introducing a HRIS integration that will allow communication between Genesys Cloud and any external HR system. This integration will pull the agents' time-off balances from the HR system and auto approvals of time-off can be setup based on agents' balances and time-off limits. As an Admin, you will be able to create time-off plans for these integrations by selecting the HR System and the Time-off Type from the dropdowns. In the time-off requests screen, you will be able to see whether a time-off request has been automatically synched to the HR System as there will be a new Synch Status column. When adding or editing a time-off request for an activity that is linked to a HRIS integration, you will now see the agent's time-off balances. As an agent, you will now be able to see your time-off balances before you submit a time-off request by clicking on the "Show Balances" icon on the top right of the time-off request screen. When submitting a time-off request for an activity that is linked to an integration, you will see the estimated payable hours as well as the time-off balance for that activity towards the bottom of the time-off request screen.
