We are excited about this feature and have it in our plan to turn on this quarter.  I saw the release for June 7th which was the communication between Genesys Cloud WFM and external HR system.

Will this be able to work to the interval level as well?  Not have 10 associates request 10AM - 1030AM off at the same time and it auto approve because it meets the time off plan available hours?

The auto-approval option in Genesys Cloud that is set to "according to time-off limit" only looks at the number of hours available compared to the number of hours requested.  This is not at the interval level, it's just total hours.  With the release of Staffing Groups (https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/WEM-I-697) later this year, users will have the flexibility to setup time-off limits at the Staffing Group level which can address the need to control how many agents cant be approved during specific times.
