I am using a 3rd party scheuling application and would like to turn off the - You are not scheduled - notification popup

    Hi Gene,

     

    If you are not utilizing the natively built workforce management features (forecasting, scheduling, intraday monitoring, real-time adherence, historical adherence, time off requests, etc.), then removing the "Agent Schedule: View" permission for the users will prevent that notification message from showing up.

    ok - thanks - I'll look of it.

    Is there a way to import or export a schedule?

    Only via the public API and custom code. Note we have the 'export' route today (link below) and plan to have the 'import' route later this year.
