  • 1.  I can't upload an image to the articles

    Hi all,

    Even though I have enabled the permissions required by the documentation, it does not give me the ability to upload images from my PC.

    I see thi message:   You cannot view uploaded images, since you do not have 'responseAssets:asset:view' permission. Please contact your admin. You can still insert an image from a URL. If need help with permissions, Learn about product roles and permissions

    We've come across this recently too and it seems to be lazy development tying the knowledge articles to the response assets library when in fact they may be completely unrelated in most orgs.

    You'll need to add the view+add permissions for the rest of the response asset stuff too in the role you've got assigned to your users.
