I read in this week's release notes that PureCloud is now HIPAA compliant with a few exceptions. Can anyone elaborate on what those exceptions currently are?

    The majority of PureCloud services are HIPAA compliant- the only exceptions are mentioned in the  28 December release notes, namely chat history (which is turned off for HIPAA organizations), Documents, and faxing.  HIPAA compliance for each of these services is under development and expected in later 2017.
