if the data action fails in the flow every time, than ther is a problem within the dataction. You will have to open the data action itself and run tests with it. The error message, especially the detailled one oder Test --> Operations --> Execute will help to understand the problem. Please post the text here. Please also post the cofiguration of your data action, especially response-body and (if aviable) the request-body.

data action error has been resolved.
However, I don't understand enough about call data action and data action.
"20" is an error every time.Please give me some hints on how to proceed from here.

the error claims, that the data action is not found. Never experienced that before. Has this data action be renamed or deleted for some reason? Ist it published? I would suggest to remove the entries in "classify" and "Data Action" and refill them again.

I am currently using a translation service, so I do apologize for any grammatical, or translation errors.
Also, please forgive me if this isn't the correct place to ask this question.
I downloaded the sample after Look up "Genesys Cloud Resource Center" of "Example Architect flows and custom data actions for direct routing"

I imported and associated them in the following order.
・Genesys-System-Direct-Routing-Inbound-Call-Flow
・Genesys-Direct-Routing-Default-In-Queue-Call-Flow
・Get-User-by-Address
・Get-Queue-Default-Backup-Settings
・Get-Alerting-Timeouts
・Get-Direct-Agent-Backup-Settings
After clicking "verification"
On the left side of the screen is "not found"
On the right side of the screen is "no error found"
Is there any work required after association?
Also, if you have a page where I can learn more about data actions, please let me know.
