If in a Queue all agents are in interaction next call in that queue falls

  Thread closed by the administrator, not accepting new replies.
  • 1.  If in a Queue all agents are in interaction next call in that queue falls

    No replies, thread closed.

    1) a queue with all users in interaction

    2) a customer call the number related to that queue

    3) the call falls immediately

    That's not how this should behave, provided you don't have a call flow setup that disconnects the user in such cases. You should open a support case so this can be looked into further.
