    Hello everyone, 
    when I import User prompts with csv files, the special characters (for example: è, à, é, ê ) are not imported correctly (I use the Text To Speech).

    Instead of the character, I find the symbol "�" which is obviously not pronounced when the prompt is recited.
    How can I get around this problem?

    Hi Serena,
    does the csv file meets the UTF-8 format? For a test upload a sample to google sheets and export the csv from there. If the import works properly, than your problem is utf-8 related.

    Please try saving the import csv file in CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) format.

    Once done, retry the import.

    Microsoft ist supporting UTF8, but you have to select it while saving the file.

    I saved the CSV with TF8 format and it worked loading the special characters correctly!

    I submitted some feedback to Documentation that the UTF-8 format info should be added to the Resource Center article on how to upload prompts.
