  • 1.  Import of Outsourcer Schedules

    Is anyone aware of a method for importing agent schedules into a schedule week in Purecloud WFM? The Export functionality is there but there is no import functionality. This would help us a great deal as we recently moved our outsourced agents to the Purecloud platform. The problem is that we do not receive their schedules until after the schedule week has been generated. Adding the schedules manually is a huge pain.

    Is there perhaps an API available that would make this possible?

    You can check into this API:

    I don't know how much easier it would be to massage the schedule data from the 3rd party system to match whatever is required by this API call.

    Did you try and it did it work?

    We are trying to create a new business unit and we want to move agents, but not lose their scheduled plans..

    We never did try the process with the API so I can't say whether it worked well or not.
