    Hello,

    Sometimes, with the voicemail group, I notice that the agent's name is display instead of the caller's phone number. Did you know how to fix it please ?

    Hello Mamadou, 

    This is a known issue to Genesys and we are working to get this fixed. I will keep you posted on the ETA, otherwise you can open a customer care case and get an engineer to assist you. If you do end up opening a case, please feel free to come back here and post the case number so that way I can track it from my end as well.

    I see that a fix was released. Are you seeing this resolved on your end? If not please update the case with example interactions where you are still seeing this.
