    Currently this process is managed by our Helpdesk, ideally I would like to be able to provide this to our Call Centre manager.
    What security Role can be given to allow a manager to get to the following menu option

    Telephony - Scheduling (screenthos attached) or is this just for System Admins?

    They need the telephony:*:* permission.  This is part of the admin role by default, but since it also includes a lot of other permissions you'll probably want to create a custom role with just the telephony permission instead to give to your manager.

    The only options i can see using a custom role is per attached screenshot, is there no way of just allowing individual items under the Telephony menu to be displayed?
    i.e just show the Schedule option

    To see the schedule menu, you only need the plugin permission out of the three you showed. Does that help or would you want that to be even more granular?
