Hi Steffen,
I reviewed the details surrounding this issue and looks like we had to open a support case with Genesys.
They restarted the Edges and then created new Edges - no change.
Eventually the Dev Team found an issue relating to Tie TrunkBase not found on Edge Group. No further info on what exactly this means or how exactly they fixed it unfortunately. But it did take a number of weeks to get to that point.
Regards
Luke

Hey thanks for the suggestions. The Request URI and TO match exactly so I dont think it is related to that. Also have outbound routes configured.
I am not missing anything obvious here am I? no additional config needed somewhere else to associate DDIs with inbound trunks?
I have DDIs setup and assigned to users so I dont think anything obvious is missing.

If BYOC Cloud, ensure trunks are assigned to outbound routes too. It sounds counter-intuitive but try that.

Hi,
Seeing a strange issue with inbound calls which I wonder if anyone has seen before. New organization, new trunk etc. DDIs added successfully and assigned to some users. Inbound calls sent with correct TGRP info (and tested with FQDN also).
Calls can be seen in Interactions but pcaps showing Genesys rejecting with "SIP/2.0 404 Not Found, no available trunks"
The BYOC trunk in question has status as Operational so not sure why it would not be available.
Any thoughts?
Thanks
Luke
